CHINESE SALAD 
2 whole chicken breasts, boiled, skinned, boned, shredded
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
4 tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
1 lg. cabbage, sliced
3-4 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles

Saute noodles, almonds, in 2 tablespoons butter until toasted. Toss all above ingredients.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. minus 2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. Japanese rice vinegar
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice

Let salad stand 4-6 hours or overnight.
