CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded
6 whole green onions, chopped
1 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. oriental Top Ramen
1/4 c. butter

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Top Ramen seasoning
Salt & pepper

In large frying pan melt butter, smash Top Ramen noodles and add to butter along with sesame seeds and almonds. Brown slightly. Cool. Shred cabbage and add green onions, including Top Ramen. Mix well. Just before serving, add dressing and noodle mixture to cabbage and toss.
