CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. head cabbage
3 oz. pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodle soup mix
1/2 c. chopped green onions
4 oz. lightly toasted slivered almonds
1/4 c. lightly toasted sesame seed.

Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, pepper and flavor packet from soup mix. Cool. Stir in oil. Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces.

In large bowl combine cabbage and crushed noodles. Add green onions, almonds and sesame seed. Stir dressing mixture in saucepan; pour over salad. Toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate.
