CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage
6-8 green onions
2 pkgs. chicken flavor Ramen noodle soup mix
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 packets seasoning (from soup mix)

1. Mix cabbage and green onions. Cover and refrigerate if preparing ahead.

2. Crush noodles from soup mix; combine with almonds and sesame seeds in separate container.

3. In shaker jar, mix dressing ingredients. Shake to blend.

4. Add dressing to salad just before serving. Toss well and serve.
