PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. unsalted pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries (20 oz.)

Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar (1 cup) and Cool Whip, put over cool crust. Mix Jello, water and strawberries together. Let stand 10 minutes. Then spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set. (May substitute cherries, blueberries, etc. for strawberries).
