STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. unsalted crushed pretzels 3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 med. Cool Whip 1 sm. box strawberry Jello 2 1/2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 pt. frozen strawberries In a 9 x 13 inch pan bake crushed pretzels 3/4 teaspoon sugar and butter in a 400 degree oven for 8 minutes. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Pour mixture on pretzels. Mix Jello with 2 1/2 cups boiling water and add strawberries. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate. Keep in refrigerator. |
