SINFUL POTATOES 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. mayonnaise

Cook bacon until crisp and brown. Drain well and then crumble it. Slightly defrost potatoes 15 minutes. In heavy saucepan over low heat melt Velveeta, then add mayonnaise, bacon, potatoes and a little salt and pepper. Mix well and put in a large baking dish and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes in a 300 degree oven until bubbly and golden brown. Serves 15.
