8 baking size potatoes, boiled, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper

Boil, peel and slice potatoes. Add green onion, cheese, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Mix. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Fry 1/2 pound chopped bacon. Cook partially. Add 1/2 to 1/4 cup sliced olives; place on top of potato mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
