SESAME CHICKEN 
3-4 chicken breasts
16 oz. cooked linguini
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. shredded radishes

DRESSING:

1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine dressing ingredients. Cook chicken breasts, cool and remove meat from bone. Cut chicken into cubes. Mix chicken with cooled linguini, onion and radishes. Add dressing and toss. Serve at room temperature. Optional: Garnish with peanuts. 6 to 8 servings.
