RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
3 eggs 3 tbsp. milk 1 3/4 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 2-3 c. rhubarb, cut up 1. Mix all ingredients together, place in pie shell. 2. Top with pie crust, bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown. PIE CRUST: 3 c. flour 1 heaping c. Crisco 1 1/2 tbsp. salt Put in mixing bowl, seal and shake until all crumbled. Add 10 tablespoons water. Shake until it is one large ball or several small ones. Roll out for pie. Will make 2 double crust pies. |
