CHICKEN AND RICE 
Chicken cutlets
3 bags success rice
6 pieces bacon
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 onion (optional)
1 green pepper (optional)

In a fry pan, brown bacon with onion and green pepper (cut it up). Cut up chicken cutlets into cubes and then brown chicken with the bacon (do NOT drain bacon). Once the bacon and chicken are cooked. Pour in 2 cans of tomato sauce and let simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Cook success rice, separately. Serve chicken and bacon combo on a bed of rice. Serve with Italian bread and salad.
