CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
Rice as needed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In rectangular pan, dice chicken into bite size pieces. Layer frozen broccoli on top. Set aside. In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, and lemon juice together. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
