CREAM OF CHICKEN | |
2 chicken breasts, split (or chicken cutlets) 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can Cream of Celery soup 1 can Cream of Chicken soup Minute Rice or mashed potatoes Milk Boil chicken breasts (or cutlets) until cooked. If using chicken breasts, remove and discard skin. Cut up chicken into small pieces. Place into pot. Pour in desired soup and 1/2 of the soup can of milk. Blend chicken, soup and milk. Heat to boil. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. |
