ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
1 c. butter 2 c. sugar (I use only 1) 4 beaten eggs 1/4 c. milk 4 c. white bread (cubed) 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple Cream first 3 ingredients. Add milk, bread and pineapple. Put in buttered oblong casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, then 1 hour at 350 degrees until nicely browned. Can used hot as side dish or cold like a bread pudding. |
