SOUPER MEAT AND POTATO PIE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional) 2 c. mashed potatoes 1/4 c. shredded mild cheese Salt, pepper as desired Mix thoroughly 1/2 can of soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings. Press firmly into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with potatoes and top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Serve. |
