MEAT AND POTATO PIE 
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, eggs, crumbs, parsley and seasonings. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then drain fat. Top with potatoes and add remaining soup with cheese. Spread over potatoes and bake for 10 minutes more.
