GELATIN SALAD 
1 large pkg. Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. pineapple juice (may add water to make 2 full cups)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 pint Cool Whip or 2 pkgs prepared Dream Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, whipped
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Optional: 1.2 c. celery and 1 c. nuts

Combine first 3 ingredients and refrigerate until lightly firm. Add the remaining and mix. Pour into large Jello mold and refrigerate.
