CRANBERRY-PINEAPPLE GELATIN
SALAD
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 lb. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped walnuts

Heat water and prepare gelatin as on package. Add all ingredients together and chill in 2-quart mold. Serve with cream cheese and mayonnaise dressing or omit dressing and add cream cheese balls to the mixture before firm.

Variation of celery, orange slices, apples, etc. may be added or substituted for pineapple.
