GELATIN SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello or orange dissolved in 2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can pineapple, crushed
1 carton Cool Whip, sm. carton
Nuts (optional)

Boil water and add Jello. Mix and dissolve cream cheese. Add drained pineapple and 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate until formed. Beat in Cool Whip, fold into above and place in a long oblong pan. Let set in refrigerator several hours before serving.
