1 lg. size box orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 c. heavy cream or Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add in sherbet to hot Jello mix. Spoon mixture into Cool Whip. Fold in oranges. Chill.
