VEGETABLE GELATIN SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
2 qts. boiling water
2 qts. cold water
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 lb. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. lemon juice
Pineapple juice
2 tsp. salt
8 c. shredded cabbage

Mix Jello with boiling water until dissolved. Add cold water using 1/2 cup lemon juice and pineapple juice and adding water to make 1 quart cold liquid. When cool add vegetables, salt and pineapple. Chill until firm and cut in squares.
