1 lg. head cabbage, quartered
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 to 6 carrots, sliced, about 2 inches thick
1 to 2 lbs. Polska Kielbasa
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. water or chicken broth

Throw this mess in crock pot. Cook on low and medium about 4 hours. Great served with corn bread and sweet onion.
