MOM'S EGG BAKE | |
It is the best and kids love it! 4 or 5 bread slices 1 lb. sausage 1 env. taco seasoning 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 12 eggs 1 lb. shredded cheese (your choice) Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Tear up bread and line bottom on pan. Cook sausage. Stir in taco seasoning and cream of mushroom soup. Pour mixture on top of bread. Beat eggs well and pour on top of meat mixture... make sure you push the meat down first or you'll have floating bread. Sprinkle the whole pound of shredded cheese on top. Prepare the night before, cover and put in refrigerator. Next morning preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes. Submitted by: Wyatts Mommy |
