MRS "B'S" FAMOUS CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can of pork and beans
1 lb. can chili beans
1 (15 oz.) can lima beans (with the sauce)
1 lb. 13 oz. whole tomatoes (chopped up)
1 can mushrooms (if desired)
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style jalapeno pinto beans
1 or 2 stalks celery (chopped)

Brown the ground beef in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a dash of garlic; garlic salt; or one clove of fresh garlic. Mix in 1 tablespoon of chili powder season to taste. Add the chopped celery; simmer in frying pan for 4 to 5 minutes.

Place the beef in crock pot. Mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer on high for 1 hour. Turn to low and simmer for 3 to 4 hours or until ready to serve.

This is a great hit at pot-lucks!
