ELCAIR RING 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring first 3 ingredients to a rolling boil. Turn off heat. Beat in flour and gently stir in eggs (do not beat), one at a time. Mix well after each egg. Drop by tablespoons, onto lightly greased cookie sheet, making a circle or ring shape. Bake 1/2 hour. Don't open oven door, just turn off oven and leave ring in oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and slice horizontally, making 2 layers.

FILLING:

1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Beat all ingredients until thick, approximately 5 minutes.

Spread on bottom layer of ring. Place to layer of ring over mixture and top with 1/2 can chocolate frosting softened in microwave. Pour over top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
