GRILLED FISH OR SHRIMP 
Fish or shrimp
Tony's Creole seasoning
butter

Take fish (use a fish easily handled such as grouper) or shrimp on a skewer and dip in melted butter. Generously season with Tony's Creole seasoning.

Put on heated barbecue grill and cook turning once for 3-5 minutes for shrimp and 5-10 minutes for fish.
