VINEGAR PIE 
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 eggs
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Combine first 6 ingredients, blending well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 1 (9 inch) pie.
