MOCK CHOCOLATE ECLAIR 
Blend:

3 c. milk with 2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding

Fold in:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Set aside.

FROSTING:

Mix:

3 tsp. melted butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. dark Karo syrup
1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
Enough milk or cream to spread

Also will need:

1 box graham crackers

Put a layer of crackers, then 1/2 of pudding. Layer crackers again, put other 1/2 of pudding. Layer of crackers again - frost. Chill.
