3 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Nuts (optional)

Melt chocolate chips. Remove from heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into buttered pie dish or tin.
