STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed

With hand mixer, beat all ingredients except the Cool Whip and vanilla wafers. Beat for "20 minutes"; use large mixing bowl. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip or may blend into strawberry mixture. Sprinkle crushed wafers to thoroughly cover bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan. Spread the strawberry mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle additional crumbs over the top of mixture to lightly coat. Cover and freeze overnight. Cut to desired size.
