SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 med. yellow squash
1 sm. onion (chopped)
14 crackers (crushed)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (grated)
1 egg
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Salt and pepper

Cook squash and onions in water until done. (Drain.) Mix in other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.
