ITALIAN SAUCE 
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped, or 1 tbsp. dried
6 c. crushed tomatoes, canned or fresh
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dried basil
1/2 tbsp. oregano
4 tbsp. honey

Sauté onion, garlic and parsley; add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. Great for spaghetti, lasagna or manicotti.
