CROCK-POT CHICKEN AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 sm. can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can cream of celery soup
1 sm. can cream mushroom soup
4 lg. chicken breasts
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. minute rice

Mix in crockpot the soup and rice. Place chicken on top of mixture, then add celery. Cook for 3 hours on high or 4 hours on low. To make 6 servings, add more 1/2 c. rice, and 2 breasts.
