GOOD MICROWAVE CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, crumbled
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in 3 quart glass casserole, mixing well. Microwave covered, on high to 190 degrees on temperature probe. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
