TERIKI STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. teriki sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 bell pepper (cut in strips)
1 red bell pepper (cut in strips)
1 lg. tomato (peeled)
2 tbsp. Crisco (for roux)
3 tbsp. flour (for roux)
Black pepper to taste

Cut round steak into strips and marinate overnight in the teriki sauce. Saute steak in 1 tablespoon butter. Add onions and cook until tender. Make a roux with the Crisco and flour. Brown this in heavy skillet until it is very brown (not burned), add steak, onion, peppers, tomato and black pepper. Add enough water to make a medium thick sauce. Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles.
