QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hashbrowns
1 pkg. frozen diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. block sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer the above ingredients alternately in large casserole dish ending with cheese. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees about 45 minutes to an hour until bubbling.
