FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. size cauliflower
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. flour
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
Oil for frying

Wash and trim cauliflower. Break into flowerets. Put eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl, combine milk and butter and add to flour mixture to make a batter. Dip flowerets into batter. Fry breaded flowerets a few at a time, in hot oil. Serve hot. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

This recipe was ok it didn't stay on the florets very well, so I also used 1 cup dry flour and salt & pepper mix to dry the batter and it stayed together much better.
