CHOCOLATE MERINGUE COOKIES 
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Beat egg whites stiff. Add salt and sugar gradually. Beat well after each addition.

Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips. When chocolate is cool, fold it into the meringue. Then add vanilla.

Lay brown paper on cookie sheet, do not grease. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
