CHOCOLATE MINT MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
3/4 c. sugar
3 drops green food coloring
1 sm. pkg. mint chocolate chips
1 lg. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cover 3 cookie sheets with foil. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar to egg white while beating. Beat egg white and sugar until peaks form. Add food coloring. Fold in chocolate chips and mint chips. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn off oven and place cookie sheet inside and let them sit overnight.
