TARTAR SAUCE 
1 tbsp. chopped capers
1 tbsp. chopped olives
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine ingredients, refrigerate for a day, and serve with hot or cold fish. Try this sauce in a fish salad.
