TARTAR SAUCE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. sweet or dill pickle relish
1 tsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. grated onion

In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, pickle relish, parsley, pimento, and grated onion. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with any cooked hot or cold fish and seafood. Makes 1/2 cup sauce.
