RHUBARB PIE 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 unbaked 9 inch Oreo pie crust

Mix sugar, flour and salt, mix with rhubarb. Stir in whipping cream. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then 375 degrees approximately 50 minutes.
