GINGER BROCCOLI 
2 stalks broccoli
1 onion
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper

Chop broccoli in chunks. Slice onion thinly. Place all in skillet. Cover. Simmer over low heat until tender. Usually for 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
