CRAB SALAD 
1 pkg. imitation crab
1 sm. onion, chopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Squirt of lemon juice
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cole slaw dressing

Combine all ingredients in bowl and place in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. Looks great when placed on a large lettuce leaf in a pretty bowl. Great to take for a pot luck affair.
