4 c. cabbage, chopped fairly fine

Add:

1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Dash lemon juice
1 pkg. imitation crab meat
Salt & pepper to taste
Mayonnaise to moisten

Better if prepared a couple of hours before using.
