SHRIMP AND CRAB MEAT SALAD 
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped lettuce
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 boiled eggs, chopped

Precook shrimp and crabmeat about 5 minutes. Season to taste and drain. Add other ingredients and serve on beds of lettuce and garnish with slices of tomatoes.
