DIET SOUP 
1 c. onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 med. potato
1 c. broccoli
1 c. cauliflower
1 pt. green beans
2 c. cabbage
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 pt. thick tomato juice
Sugar, salt & pepper to taste

Cook onions, celery, carrots, peppers, cabbage and potatoes until nearly done. Then add broccoli and cauliflower, green beans and cook until done. Last of all add garlic and tomatoes, juice, sugar, salt and pepper and let simmer an hour or more. Stir occasionally.
