SIX WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (16 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Mazola oil
1 qt. buttermilk

In a very large bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Mix well. Stir 2 minutes. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Store remainder in large covered container. Will keep 6 weeks in refrigerator. Ready to bake in a minute.
