SEAFOOD LASAGNA 
8 lasagna noodles
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 lb. cooked shrimp
7 1/2 oz. can crab
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
12 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Put 4 cooked lasagna noodles in 9 x 13 inch pan. Saute onions in butter. Blend in cream cheese. Mix 1 cup cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt, and pepper. Put half of this mixture over noodles. Combine soup, milk, wine, shrimp, and crab. Put half over cottage cheese layer. Repeat second half of ingredients. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with sharp cheese and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
