SEAFOOD LASAGNE 
8-12 lasagne noodles
1 lb. shrimp
2 cans crab meat
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. basil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles and drain. Cook shrimp and cut in half. Drain and flake crab meat. Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Cook onion in butter until tender; blend in cream cheese. Stir in noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine. Stir in shrimp and crab. Spread half over cottage cheese layer. Repeat layers. Top with cheeses. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 10.
